The hot mineral spa pools were a fantastic bonus, offering relaxation after a day of exploring. Efficient and friendly check-in.

The Wifi was slow and overpriced beyond the complimentary 30 minutes.

We were there for 3 days, everything was good, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location next to Close to attractions, many activities & shops, town centre and a park called Kuirau Park...

The thermal pools were amazing, but the shower pressure was disappointing.

The staff were some of the friendliest I've met on my travels, and they were super helpful with moving us to a cabin that was better situated. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the laundry facilities were a blessing. Plus, the outdoor area was perfect for BBQs and chilling out with a drink. The pool was a hit with the kids, and having an arcade machine for some after-dinner fun was the cherry on top. The location is fabulous, just a quick walk to town, making it easy to explore.

One thing I think they could improve is the noise from the road. It can get a bit distracting, especially at night.

The location was perfect for enjoying Rotorua with its charming gardens and easy access to parks and trails. Our Deluxe Poolside Room was comfortable and the hot springs were a soothing end to our day. Some occasional noise from nearby traffic was noticeable.

My recent stay was amazing - the rooms were great for the kids with a playground and pools. Staff were incredibly helpful. DEFINITELY coming back! the facilities are even better in person! .

Cozy Retreat with Unique Amenities

I enjoyed my stay ! The thermal pools provided a relaxing end to my days. The well-planned kitchen space made cooking easy. It's perfect for solo travelers. Just beware of the walk into town. Consider renting a bike to explore more comfortably!

The thermal pools at Tasman Holiday Parks, Rotorua were a good way to relax. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, and the friendly staff provided excellent support whenever I needed assistance. The cozy environment.

Slight noise from nearby road.

We received quick and efficient services and got good value for our money. the room we stayed in was well-equipped and came at a great price, plus it had air conditioning 🌬️. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the town center, making it super convenient and awesome.

Had a blast with friends! The easy access family bathroom and two BBQ areas were a hit. The kids loved the Bounce Zone with trampolines. Perfect spot for exploring and chilling out. Plus, the friendly staff helped with local trip bookings.

Just a heads up, there was some road noise in certain areas. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider it.

The cabin was super clean and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchen, made meal prep easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fun activities planned for them. The location was further from the city center than expected was great, and the internet was disappointingly slow and costly.

This place is wonderfully located in a local area close to a Saturday market and another market, also being a moderate distance from the city center.

The holiday park had a Bounce Zone complete with trampolines that our children loved. The facilities were well-maintained, and we really appreciated how clean the kitchen and BBQ areas were .

In my wife's opinion, some noise from nearby areas disrupted our sleep.

Well, the rooms here were tidy and just right. 👌 Everything was kept in good shape.
